Aufgaben

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

• Nachverfolgung: ungedeckte Bedarfe, Vorbeschaffungen, kritische Verträge, sowie Import- und Exportregeln prüfenearbeitung von überfälligen Bestellung und Qualitätsmeldungen
• Definition und Durchführung von Auswertungen nach Bedarf z.B. Bestandsanalysen, Verschrottungspotential
• Statusreports: Vorbeschaffungen, kritische Verträge, sowie Luftfahrtvorschriften prüfen
• internationale Kommunikation: Lieferantenkontakte (schriftlich und mündlich)

Profil

Sie verfügen über folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen:

• eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Logistik, Einkauf, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
• MS Office: sehr gut
• SAP Kenntnisse: gut
• Englisch: fließend/verhandlungssicher
• Deutsch: fließend/verhandlungssicher
• weitere Sprachen (französisch, italienisch) sind von Vorteil
• selbständige Arbeitsweise
• offenes Auftreten und gute Kommunikation
• Teamgeist
