The main missions

Recrutement:

  • Align on job description with HR and hiring manager, create job requisition in the HR software (TALEO)
  • Manage pre-screening of applications, conduct first interviews via phone or video conference
  • Manage all incoming applications and communication with candidates including follow-up after interviews
  • Coordinate the interviews
  • Specific projects: e.g. organizing an assessment center (internal or external)

Management of career fairs:

  • Coordinate and organization beforehand
  • Follow-up with candidates

Campus Marketing:

  • Analyze existing cooperation with target schools and reinforce or implement
  • Organize specific events for students, either at school or at Faurecia

Active Sourcing via Online Business Networks and Social Media:

  • We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to achieving benchmark, customer satisfaction levels in the Sourcing process and who drives for continuous improvement in process, candidate quality and customer experience through effective development and utilization of proactive sourcing methodologies.

Profile

  • Master's Degree in business administration, a specialization in HR is a plus
  • A first experience in the HR function and/or talent acquisition
  • Very good communication skills, willingness to contact candidates proactively
  • Experience with search on business networks/social media, e-recruitment systems and HRIS Experience
  • International mind set
  • Team player
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Fluent in English and very good German skills (minimum B1), additional languages are welcome
