What we count on you for - Your mission

• You identify and acquire new B2B customers, mainly in IT, cloud, telecommunications and technology-driven industries
• You build and develop long-term key accounts
• You conduct client meetings, both virtually and regularly on site at the data centers (approx. 30% travel)
• You manage complex sales cycles over several months or years and coordinate internal stakeholders
• You prepare offers, lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales process until closing
• You monitor market trends, competitors and client ecosystems to identify new opportunities
• You maintain structured CRM documentation and report to international sales management

• Your background: First relevant experience in sales, account management or business development within IT, telecommunications, data centers, consulting or comparable experience
• Your languages: German (C1–C2 level). Fluent English, including technical discussions. French is a plus.
• Your IT skills: Understanding of IT infrastructures, data centers or complex technical solutions
• Your style & personality: High level of self-motivation and a strong hunter mindset Genuine interest in technology, markets and customer needs. Confident communication and networking skills. Flexibility in a dynamic environment.
