Main goal:

Reporting to the head of marketing, you ensure the product development of cereals.

Mission

• To plan tests and evaluation as part of the development of plant varieties
• To analyse the market and potential as well as positioning strategy for new varieties of plants
• To supervise the development of the range of products, including production plannning of hight level breeding in close coordination with the supply chain management and sales
• To prepare content for internal and external communications
• to check the accordance of breeding strategy and market trends in cooperation with breeders

Profile

• higher education level or master degree in agricultural economics
• reference to all production-related questions in cultivation of grain and marketing competence between breeding and sales
• communication talent, power of persuasion, capacity of - fluency in english and german essential
• MS-Office literate
