The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) programme is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Eurocopter to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). For graduates who would be interested in a career with Eurocopter, this could be the start of a rewarding future in a dynamic and forward-thinking sector.

Tasks

For Eurocopter in Donauwörth (near Augsburg) within the department Sales Support - Offers & Contracts we are looking for a VIE - Finance Process Analyst (f/m).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly Financial reporting and quarterly cash planning
  • Harmonize processes implemented between EC France & EC Germany (contract archieving, support invoicing follow-up, contract closure...)
  • Analyse overdue & support contract manager in cleaning contractual data in SAP

The department offers the possibility to take more responsabilities and to work on diverse transnational topics, if you want to invest yourself more.

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • BTS, IUT or Bachelor Degree in Finance
  • English: Negotiation level
  • French: Fluent
  • German: Beginner
  • Other languages will be considered as a plus
  • International exposure of at least 6 months is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in an industrial environment
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Autonomy
  • Willingness to learn
  • Affinity to work with numbers and analyse them
  • Ability to understand numbers
