Tasks

Consolidation Manager:

  • Manage a team of 6 people
  • Complete the monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidation closing processes across Airbus divisions and at Group level, in full compliance with IFRS and Airbus standards.
  • Take ownership on all topics linked to the Commercial Aircraft EBIT, acting as a key interface with the CFO and Head of Accounting.
  • Ensure Financial Result postings at consolidation level as well as producing an analytical review explaining the different impact in the Financial Result at Division level.
  • Maintain a high standard of internal control, including key control testing, anticipation and completing audit procedures.

IFRS Accounting Specialist:

  • Be part of the Accounting Policies & External Disclosures team and:
  • Define, implement, and maintain IFRS accounting policies across all Airbus divisions.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex transactions (e.g. revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, financial instruments…).
  • Monitor regulatory and market authority recommendations, ensuring accurate application and visibility in external disclosures.
  • Collaborate closely with auditors and internal stakeholders to align on accounting treatments and ensure best-in-class compliance.
  • Lead IFRS training and communication efforts to upskill the wider finance community.

Senior Tax Accountant:

  • Coordinate tax accounting topics across Airbus divisions and at Group level, ensuring global understanding, quality and internal control.
  • Drive harmonisation and standardisation of tax accounting processes across the Group.
  • Foster a cross-divisional centre of competence for tax accounting
  • Perform “deep dive” investigations to challenge and analyse complex and structuring tax topics
  • Interface with the external auditors to exchange and validate on the tax accounting treatment

Profile

  • At least 8 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Financial consolidation, Technical accounting or Tax accounting.
  • A solid understanding of IFRS and a strong appetite for technical topics and transversal challenges.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Proactive, agile, and energetic, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); French and/or German are a plus.
