Your mission

  • Leading the quality management initiative of our world-wide cloud based microservices team
  • Initial setup of the new quality assurance guild
  • Develop a quality assurance strategy in alignment with Bosch processes & stakeholder requirements
  • Interlock of quality assurance strategy with all stakeholders / customer for the shared services
  • Definition of SLAs, quality KPIs and guidelines for all offered shared services
  • Support the development and operations of the monitoring & logging concept
  • Execution of the testing strategy in terms of different quality aspects like acceptance, functionality, penetration or automation testing.
  • Setting up a test automation framework & steering of test automation in the team.

Your profile

  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary, dynamic and international team; you inspire through your open and agile mindset
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a Software QA management role, preferably in an agile environment
  • University degree in information science or software engineering
  • You have solid programming experience, ideally in Java or Kotlin.
  • You have experience in cloud application testing and CI/CD, you are familiar with Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with Azure services is a plus.
  • You are a test automation enthusiast and have experience with test automation frameworks for web applications and rest services (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor)
  • You have experience managing a world-wide, inter-cultural quality assurance team
  • You have solid experience in test management, test case generation and execution as well as issue tracking.
  • You have excellent communication and organization skills (fluent in English and German)
