Intership (m/f) Support to the Competence Management for Digital Capabilities, Toulouse

Your tasks

• Data Analytics upskilling effort: Support in implementing training sessions, design and organise “social learning” events for participants to a digital data analytics learning framework,
• Digital transformation upskilling : contribute to a solid training strategy with regards, to digital capabilities,
• Creation of a dashboard to track learning effectiveness of all training activities, set-up and track improvement actions,
• Support to the organisation of events to animate the Academy’s business network.
• This role will involve some travel for business once or twice during the internship in Germany/Ottobrunn, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

• Educated to degree level (BAC+ 4) in HR and/or Information Systems and/or Data analytics and/or Innovation or a related discipline.
• Very Good knowledge in IT tools and infrastructures, Basic understanding of Data analytics and/or digital trends
• Customer oriented
• Pragmatic, Creative, efficient way of working
• Knowledge in Innovation methods
• English : Negotiation level
• French/German : Advanced
