Tasks & accountabilities

  • Follow the sequencing and organize the field ascents during the assembly of the first H160 pre-production aircraft for a Lean Manufacturing optimization of the final assembly line
  • Reflect and optimize the management of industrial organisation with the Main Component Assembly (MCA) centres based in Germany, Spain and France
  • Follow the installation site of stations 2,3 and 4 of the final assembly line

To do this, you must:

  • follow the assembly activities of the pre-series helicopter with the Serial and Industrialization team,
  • analyse and propose solutions for optimizing work with the German and Spanish teams,
  • organize, participate and lead working groups,
  • collect information and formalize exchanges,
  • monitor and coordinate actions with the Quality, Production and Methods departments

Required skills

  • In the last year of engineering school (or equivalent) in the field of production management or a related discipline
  • Pack office
  • Knowledge of DELMIA or SAP is a plus
  • Lean Manufacturing skills required
  • Open-mindedness, interpersonal skills, team spirit and autonomy are required for this position
  • Advanced level in English and French
  • German and/or Spanish are a plus
