Tasks

• Driving Financial Performance management of the A320 Family programme: supporting the preparation of multi-year financial planning and year-end forecast, running sensitivity analysis & reporting on financial performance
• Anticipating potential deviations & proposing mitigation actions to support decision making at working and management level
• Analysing quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities.
• Establishing consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonise and ensure consistency and compliance, incl. tools) & their associated roadmaps

Profile

• 2-3 years experience within controlling, performance management, audit or similar role
• Financial Controlling knowledge
• Quick learner and appetite for digitalization and data visualisation
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
• Agility in problem solving
• Language Skills: fluent English level
