Our client is a major player in online marketing with over 90 years of history and approximately 500 employees. Now part of a world leader in e-commerce, they are developing a new sales hub to conquer the French market. As part of this "ex-nihilo" team creation, we are immediately looking for a:
Sales Development Representative - Hunter - E-Commerce & SaaS - German and English (m/f/d), Hamburg (hybrid)

As part of a newly established sales team, you will be responsible for active B2B customer acquisition. You will contact potential business clients, identify their needs and sell digital solutions.
You will work in a modern, KPI-driven sales environment with clear targets, professional sales processes and modern tools.

- Attractive remuneration: A package including a fixed salary between €30,000 and €40,000 (depending on profile) and an attractive variable part. A commission advance is provided for the first 6 months.
Why we need you - your tasks
To build and develop the new sales hub dedicated to the French market, you will join a growing team under the direction of the Director Sales Europe. As a true "Hunter," your mission is to open new opportunities in a high-potential territory.
- Business Development: You are responsible for acquiring new B2B clients for the products presented on the platform. You manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Consulting and Pitch: You use innovative solutions including Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Market Expansion: You actively participate in developing sales processes and collaborate closely with the international team.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with Lead Generation and Customer Success teams.
How you contribute to the team - your strengths
- Your Background: You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the online platform or SaaS sector. You have a "hunter" temperament, are resilient, and are stimulated by "startup" type environments.
- Your Language Skills: You have a strong command of German (minimum C1 level) to communicate confidently with customers. Good English skills (B2 level) for internal communication.
- Your IT Knowledge: You are comfortable working with digital tools and have experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Your Work Style: You are dynamic, autonomous, and possess high intrinsic motivation to take on ambitious commercial challenges.
