Missions

As Digital Marketing Lead you are responsible fo the whole online and offline (brand) marketing and communication. You will work closely with the leadership team, will oversee internal marketing teams and play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning. Furthermore you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Development of onand offline brand marketing strategy in coordination with overall marketing strategy for the group and marketplaces
  • Planing of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and measure and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Leading A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Reviewing and fine tuning marketing and customer acquisition strategy
  • Planing budget and actions for the security industry
  • Monitoring international online marketing actions
  • Preparing and discuss media and creation concepts or ideas
  • Project portfolio management as well as budget management plus invoice controlling
  • Reporting and decision-support of materials for top management

Profile

  • Personality: You are characterized as a visionary and open-minded person. You bring along quality awareness, passion for new technologies and a hands-on mentality. Moreover you convince with team-leading qualities.
  • Working practice: Management role at an agency or in marketing or corporate communication at an international company, ideally in an online environment
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Know-How: Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & Landing Page optimization & experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights
  • Languages: Excellent English skills are required
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication/media or economics with a major in marketing
