Tasks

• Support the development and continuous improvement of compliance monitoring processes and internal controls
• Contribute to the evolution of COMPLEE, the internal Compliance platform, to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Support the automation of recurring Compliance workflows and activities using data-driven approaches
• Translate regulatory requirements and compliance policies into analytical solutions and monitoring controls
• Collect, validate, and analyze compliance-related data to support decision-making and reporting
• Develop dashboards and management reports to enhance transparency and insights
• Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence use cases for compliance advisory, investigations, and knowledge management
• Contribute to data quality, governance, recordkeeping, and auditability initiatives
• Assist with user testing, documentation, training materials, and change management activities
• Collaborate with Compliance, Data, and Technology teams to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities
• Support the assessment and implementation of new Compliance technologies and AI-driven solutions
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to Compliance transformation, operational efficiency, and regulatory change.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Financial Services
• Strong coding skills in Python and solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and CI/CD pipeline deployment
• Familiarity with Git and version control principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
• Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
