Missions

As Business Analyst you are in charge of the following responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the implementation of global platforms and specific solutions required on the scope allocated to you, meaning:
  • Gather and harmonize local business needs: collect and challenge the needs, facilitate workshops, define level of priority, deep dive if needed, translate it into functional requirements.
  • Support the analysis of the as is situation /problems and propose possible solutions: together with IT team, define solutions, validate them with Business and send them through validation process
  • Follow-up developments, test and support Business Units’ migration: built Test cases, liaise with IT and Business to ensure result is relevant, link with training team to accompany local key users;
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress to the management and all stakeholders

Identify and highlight to your manager any opportunity of process improvement.

Contribute to project management on your scope:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation
  • Manage and document all risks, issues and decisions
  • Manage metrics defined by Management to measure efficiency gains
  • Report and escalate issues to management if needed + propose solutions, options and alternatives

Contribute to OM organization, structure and strategy:

  • Participate to transversal discussions at OM level
  • Participate to the life of the team: department initiatives, new joiners onboarding, etc.

Profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business needs gathering and / or information system management
  • Insurance knowledge “as a plus”
  • Agile knowledge “ as a plus”
  • Advanced in Excel, Power Point
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering
  • Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
  • Values diversity and comfortable in a complex multi-cultural environment
