Your Mission
- Ensure the optimal perception of ATR Aircraft for customers & prospects as a necessary and decisive step for sales campaign success.
- Provide a positive marketing impact to achieve the company commercial objectives.
- Understand and influence the market by identifying future product improvements driving ATR Product Evolution strategy.
- Foster cross functions activities to provide technical feedback on ATR products during sales campaign.
- Understand the main characteristics of the company's in-service and future products and the competition and provide high quality materials and marketing rationales to support sales campaign.
- Ensure the coordination and elaboration of technical responses to RFPs in collaboration with Contract and Sales Directors, Engineering and Customer Support divisions, as well as other relevant ATR departments.
- Strengthen the power of messages directed to customers.
- Functional reporting to Head of Product Marketing, operational reporting both to Head of Product Marketing and Head of Airline Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Airline Marketing (50%)
- Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of an airline requirements, global and regional aviation market trends, airline business drivers, evolving fleet and network requirements, revenue and profit generation models, and the markets competitive environment.
- Identify targets and prospects with Sales-head of regions and contribute to defining and carrying out regional strategies.
- Define in collaboration with Sales Directors strategic approaches to convince airline prospects about the ATR product.
- Prepare and present analyses on aircraft performance and technical aspects, airline economics as well as traffic and fleet planning during all phases of the sales campaign.
- Build relationships with customer counterparts
- Present to and interact with customer audiences including the highest management levels.
- Product Marketing (50%)
- Build value proposition and demonstrate through ad-hoc analysis, presentations and brochures.
- Assist and support contractual teams through customized technical definition & performance guarantee and detailed Maintenance Costs studies during sales campaigns, considering key campaign rationales, ATR product policy and industrial capabilities.
- Update regularly internal tools on competitive landscape and ATR aircraft positioning.
- Participate to specific events and conferences in order to influence the market through promotion of ATR products and future projects, in front of various stakeholders (appraisers, lessors, airlines, financers).
- Seek proactively new market trends including – but not limited toaircraft systems, avionics, and operational capabilities.
- Be the voice of customers to ensure ATR product evolution strategy is in line with market expectation.
- Ensure internal feasibility of specific technical requests in close collaboration with Program & Engineering.
Profile
- Ideally 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with one experience in a commercial Department within an OEM.
- A solid technical and commercial understanding of regional aircraft industry & market will be required.

- Language skills:
- A high standard of fluently spoken and written English compulsory; additional ability to communicate in French and/or other languages is desirable.

- Excellent presentation style and skills: experience in making presentations to a large audience and ability to communicate with different sources and users of information.
- Internal communication: ability to deal with various internal stakeholders, understanding different constraints and represent commercial stand-point in a rationale way.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills and ability to elaborate conclusions drawn from technical or numerical analyses into persuasive marketing arguments.
- Customers: ability to work in order to satisfy internal and / or external clients, managing time and quality expectations.
- Adaptability: capacity to adapt to new topics (technical, commercial, communication, service, tools).
