Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary operational contact for assigned Business Partners, ensuring a seamless and distinctive partner experience
• Supporting Key Account Managers with day-to-day account management activities, operational follow-up, onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution
• Monitoring account performance and preparing KPI reports, dashboards, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Annual Reviews
• Identifying opportunities to improve business performance and contributing to upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, Product, IT, and other business units to ensure excellent service delivery
• Supporting governance, compliance, and sales process-related activities

Profile

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Spanish and/or German language skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Account Coordination, Partner Operations, Account Management Support, or similar roles
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data and KPIs
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to navigate complex situations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-evolving business environment
