Mission

• Support the Design Team in the execution of Innovation Exploration for our categories – organization of Design Thinking workshops, consumer focus groups, workshop material preparation, etc.
• Food & Beverage trends scouting and consolidating of relevant trend information and market research – working closely together with the UX (User Experience) and S&I (Market Research) teams
• Organization of product sample shipments
• Management of Innovation Idea Backlog & other Knowledge Management support tasks
• Support for the “definition phase” of projects – competitor analysis, product tasting organization, project documentation support

Profile

• Advanced course of study in User Experience/Design, Food Technology, Product Management, or similar
• First work experience desired
• Solution oriented and curious
• Affinity for teamwork, open mindset, and ability to work independently
• Good knowledge in MS-Office. Online Whiteboard tools (Miro, Klaxoon, etc) desired
• Very good English language skills, German is a Plus
