Your Role
- In this global role you will develop and implement marketing communication concepts & tools using both digital (social media, digital advertising, email, etc.) and conventional (collateral, print advertising, direct mail, etc.) tools that differentiate from the competition. You work with external agencies to develop & organize trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events/activities (virtual and physical). You develop materials (incl. brochures and videos), presentations and other marketing meterials for launches, campaigns, and other product and service marketing efforts, including sales meetings, tradeshows and events. You help ensure customer engagement, increase market share and ROI (return on investment), for example by translating data analytics and consumer/customer behavior into targeted communication strategies.
- You lead transition from traditional marketing to digital approach, analyze audience behavioral data to further develop the content strategy and ensure engagement of all current and potential customers through creative, compelling, and engaging content tailored to target groups and channels. You work with teams to develop results-driven, multi-platform communication plan as part of overall marketing plan. Work with teams and regions to help manage promotion budget.
Your Profie
- Degree in communications, marketing, or advertising, or similar and 5+ years professional experience in marketing communications
- Experience with planning and managing tradeshows and customer events
- Experience developing materials (incl. brochures and videos), presentations and other marketing materials for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts
- Project management (esp. partner management, agile project managementgt)
- Multi-channel communication (esp. via digital tools)
- Knowledge of digital toolbox (“digital mindset”)
- Writing and editing skills (compelling value proposition)
- Content creation and storytelling
- Familiar with presentation and design programs such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, Photoshop, website design, etc
- Fluency in English
