Your tasks

Contribution to the introduction and implementation of HR concepts and processes, for our region including monitoring and follow up with the markets.
Involvement in developing online platforms for e.g. International Best Practice Sharing, International Move.
Involvement in developing our HR Overseas online webpage.
Involvement in defining a training concept on digital and agile working tools and methods
Work with the Market Managers and the HR Business Partner in strategic HR focus topics

Profile

Studies: Business administration, Information systems & digital media or similar
Language skills: Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
IT skills: Experiences with MS-Office, knowledge on digitalization (tools and methods)
Soft Skills: Intercultural sensitivity, interest in International teamwork in virtual teams, creativity, dedication and personal initiative
Further skills: Ideally professional experience through previous internships
