Your Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist clients by phone and email, solve problems efficiently, and make sure every customer feels supported and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering calls and emails from German-speaking customers
• Resolving questions about products, orders or accounts
• Providing expert advice with empathy and efficiency
• Ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction
