Customer Success Manager - Aerospace and Defence Industry - English and West Slavic languages (m/f/d), Berlin

Why we need you - your tasks

In order to expand the existing team, you will be one of the first contacts for our customers in Germany and Central Europe (Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary). You will work closely with the entire international team on the sales process from A to O. With your fluent language skills English, as well as knowledge of a West Slavic language, you will be able to co-operate as a competent partner with customers, the international sales team, as well as with production and logistics at the head office.

  • Sales Process: You accompany the customer from the initial enquiry, through tracking the order in production to delivery. You create quotations and process the orders, checking them at a technical and administrative level.
  • Customer Service: Thanks to close cooperation with the technical staff, you will advise customers on any questions or queries they have during the sales process.
  • Customer relationship: You maintain customer relationships and develop them further by continuously ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: You actively cooperate with the whole company team in which you are fully integrated.

How you contribute to the team - your strengths

  • Your background: You have completed a commercial qualification or a relevant degree. Alternatively, professional experience in a relevant environment can also be a good basis.
  • Your language skills: You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Czech or Slovakian. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
  • Your IT skills: You are proficient in a CRM tool such as Salesforce and you have an experience with other digital systems.
  • Your working style: You are dynamic, a team player and motivated to work in an international team.
