Mission

join our BioMonitoring organization and play a central role in the development and formulation of microbiological culture media for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and adjacent markets. As an expert in microbiological culture development, you will lead research and development efforts for dehydrated and ready-to-use culture media, focusing on ingredient selection, formulation optimization, and innovative recipe design. Your contributions will shape technology and product roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities aligned with our portfolio strategy. Your expertise will be essential in implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality. You will ensure smooth transitions to production while improving product characteristics. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with international regulations and guidelines. Profile

• You hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in microbiology or biochemistry and have significant experience in this field.
• Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in the formulation and development of proprietary culture media and raw material selection.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent academic training, including publications and patents, is essential.
• You possess strong laboratory skills and are capable of conducting statistical studies and interpreting data, with experience in experimental design being a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical, along with the ability to thrive in a multicultural and matrixed environment.
• You are passionate about innovation and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must.
