Work Student within Supply Chain and Logistics (d/f/m), Hanover

Tasks

• Digitalization and support for a Knowledge Management Tool creation.
• Execute the material operations service in accordance with the Customer contract requirements and in coherence and coordination with the Material Support Centre of Competence.
• Execute the warehouse activities, repairs, warranty claims, retrofit, DR and QUA, TAB, Inbound & Outbound flows including quality and export compliance for spares and AGEs.
• Solve operational issues on a daily basis together with the Material Support Centre of Competence, the Material Manager, the Material Operations Manager and the custom.
• Execute the mentioned flows in the different ERPs related to the contract: SAP, MDNPro and SASPF.

Profil

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar field of study.
• Programming skills on C or C+ will be appreciated.
• Experience using Microsoft Office package will be taken into account.
• Driven, motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
• Coordination and organizational skills, highly pro-active to interact with all necessary stakeholders.
• Process oriented with high interest in continuous improvement and practical solutions, very high attention to details and rigor guaranteeing the service performance and avoiding non-qualities.
• Advanced German and English skills.
• You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
