Missions

  • In association with the Development Team, Plant Team, Costing and other PROGRAM Core Team member etc., apply the Group standards (Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System) to ensure the commercial viability of a program during series production
  • Ensure permanent contact with various INTERNAL departments.
  • Participation to customer negotiations for part price and tooling costs in consultation with the Sales Engineer
  • Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers.
  • Ensure that the evolution of permanent parts pricing in line with the Divisions budget
  • Validate the profitability of productivity proposals before submitting any productivity offer to the customer within your team/ your manager

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Economical background with a specialization in Sales
  • First experience in Sales and in an industrial environment
  • Previous automotive experience is advantageous.
  • Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization
  • English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
  • German language skills are a plus as you will be in contact with German customers and documentation
  • MS Excel skills are advantageous
