Tasks

• Analyze variances between planned and actual results and provide recommendations for management and relevant departments.
• Improve financial and performance monitoring systems, including those for analysis, planning, cost management, and reporting.
• Support the implementation of new financial management and controlling tools and methods.
• Assist in driving transformation initiatives within the Finance and Controlling function

Profile

• Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance or controlling
• First experience through internships, ideally in a relevant sector
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with SAP desirable
• Good analytical skills and detail orientation
• Highly self motivated and independent working style with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
