Tasks

Your responsibilities and activities will include:

• International HR-IS projects
• Implementation of new HR-IS tools (e.g. time management, electronic personnel files, global employee profiles) and change management of existing HR-IS tools (competence and training management, recruitment, etc.) in Germany
• Local tool support of SAP HR - administration, authorisation and user support
• Drive our vision: "HR tools are user friendly, integrated, reliable, quick and significantly add value to our work, employee satisfaction and people management, by enabling us to have the right data, in the right format, at the right time"

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good knowledge in information systems and project management
• Experiences in SAP HR R/3 are desirable
• Good communicator, team player, looking beyond the silos
• English and French: negotiation level
• German: advanced
