Your challenges

  • Close collaboration with the product managers concerning the user experience of our VDO Feet existing and future service solutions
  • Conduct research with support of product management with fleet customers in the EÙ market, in order to identify the jobs-to-be-done for the customer and ingest the learnings into the definition of the user experience
  • Transfer facts, incidents and simple behavioral insights from user research and combine them into recommendations concerning the UX of our fleet solutions for the product management
  • Definition and creation of mockups, prototypes and visuals with typical UX Design Tools
  • Definition of the User Experience to ensure a competitive advantage by means of ease of use and intuitiveness of our products and services
  • Definition of UX requirements and Ui proposals to the development team during methods like story mapping and definition of the service requirements with the product management

Ihr Profil

  • Completed degree in digital marketing, digital design, information technology, or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in research on B2B/Enterprise-level products and services
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of Atomic Design practices and experience working with Design Systems like Figma
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
  • High adaptability in a fast-moving market
  • Great team player, naturally organized and methodical in the work approach
