Missions

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Entry Into Services of new TSP by executing part or all of the above mentioned services during the necessary duration,
  • Locally setting-up and organising standardised operational processes for new TSP,
  • Organising / performing necessary trainings, and ensuring proper handover to the long term team,
  • Punctually supporting established TSP upon need,
  • Participating to SLR continuous improvement projects,
  • Participating to set-up and animation of worldwide TSP Operations community,
  • Providing exhaustive feedback to AIRBUS FHS management and recommendation for process updates,
  • Ensuring professional and efficient interface with customer airline, MROs and other suppliers / partners,
  • Setting-up monitoring of On Time Performance,
  • Ensuring compliance to Airworthiness regulation, as well as to safety and Ethics & Compliance directives,

Actively participating to worldwide TSP community by :

  • Setting-up and using standardised Processes Methods and Tools
  • Organizing participation to best practices sharing, improvement projects,
  • Defining and performing trainings for TSP community

This position is based in Toulouse but requires frequent and/or long-duration travels, possibly out of Europe, for durations typically ranging from 1 week to 5 to 6 months. As such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Profile

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineering diploma,
  • 5+ years of experience in TSP / MRO Operations and Fleet Technical Management,
  • Experience in A/L Operations,
  • Knowledge of regulations constraints,
  • Knowledge of AMASIS required,
  • Ability to travel on short term notice or for long duration,
  • Highly organized and structured,
  • Capacity to work in unstable/under set-up environment,
  • Autonomy,
  • Pragmatism,
  • Pedagogy,
  • Good communication skills and experience in customer management,
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English. Intermediate level in French is a plus.
