• Overall leadership responsibility for IT Operations in DACH, coveringIT End User Support, IT Infrastructure & Network , IT Workplace Technology
• Defining and shaping our IT Operations strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Overall P&L responsibility for budget planning and control
• Project portfolio management for infrastructure and technology projects across DACH, as well as participation in European and global transformation/technology projects
• Defining and monitoring the department’s OKRs, KPIs, and other performance metrics
• Stakeholder management, including collaboration with the IT & Data Director, DACH Board, and DACH Business Teams

Profile

• Proven leadership experience (5 years +) of multiple IT departments in different locations, ideally in an multinational company, with strong team development and people management skills
• Solid background in managing complex IT budgets, including both CAPEX and OPEX
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale IT project portfolios, ideally in multi-country or matrix environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and optimize OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating & influencing at senior leadership and board levels
• Strategic thinker with operational execution strength and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
