Your missions

The Strategic Marketing Trainee will be fully integrated to the Carbon Fibers Product Line team w. following tasks:

  • Analyze current markets and the evolution of the market drivers (competitors/OEM/End User/mega trends, regulations,…) with a specific focus on wind turbines especially. Potential support also hydrogen pressure vessels market.
  • Collect data, analyze them, transform them into marketing inputs to be shared within the organization.
  • Contribute to the integration of environmental issues
  • Identify reliable sources and/or develop tools for market intelligence report.
  • Support key market benchmark based on project needs: Competitive intelligence / Tech watch.
  • Collaborate & ensure coordination w. engineering & strategy departments.
  • Collaborate across the organization and support the development of new business development strategy.
  • Support the strategic plan process.

Your profile

  • Engineering or Business School (Bac+4, Bac+5)
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach
  • Good knowledge of marketing concepts and their business applications
  • Fluency in English mandatory (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint data and charting capabilities, very good presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Proactive and action-based approach with a team player attitude
  • International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Strong interest for sustainability topics
  • Previous experience in B2B is a plus
