Your new role

  • You will drive the connectivity of physical and virtual traffic IoT sources and the transformation of classical traffic applications into the digital world.
  • As part of a global agile team you will be responsible for the architecture of the IoT connectivity in our Digital ITS Traffic Operating System.
  • You will collaborate across different development hubs, in face-to-face or in virtual meetings.
  • You will collaborate with security teams to ensure that the solutions comply with relevant best practices and standards.

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a master degree in engineering (ideally in the field of software engineering or informatics).
  • You already have many years of professional experience in software development and software architecture and also built up practical experience in the field IoT and connectivity.
  • You have relevant experience with IT Security and relevant standards like ISA99 / ISO62443 / ISO 27001.
  • Experience with national and international traffic communication protocols (f . e. NTCIP, OCIT, TLS, V2V/V2I) is desired.
  • You have professional experience in cloud technologies and cloud standards and in driving software architecture in large scaled agile projects.
  • You have relevant experience with DevOps, RE, QM. Appropriate certification (e.g. PMI, SCRUM, SWI) is desired.
  • You speak businessfluent English and good German.
