Your assignments

  • Drive development of a customer portal with primary focus on electronic order management and the automation / optimization of the underlying internal processes
  • Drive the development of the CPQ / opportunity management application as part of the EDGE 2.0 project
  • Drive the development of the Tender management application as part of the EDGE 2.0 project
  • Link customer portal and opportunity / tender management to the existing CRM solution
  • Identify and assess country-specific requirements, coordinate the development priorities and master application lifecycle
  • Guide and develop “Customer Portal + Opportunity Management” team and coordinate external support by respecting an agile way of working
  • Define goals and assess goal realization with team members
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

Your profile

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, economics or related
  • More than 5 years of healthcare, medtech or related experience
  • Some years of leadership experience in global project environment
  • Experience in digital engineering and agile working methodology
  • Strong knowledge about business processes
  • Proven (agile) project management skills and product owner skills
  • Familiarity with customer centric software development concepts
  • Business process modelling abilities
  • Advanced knowledge in common office software (MS Office, MS Teams)
  • Proficiency in relational database management, especially SQL (e.g. MS SQL Server)
  • Structured, systematic and analytical thinking and working
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, additional languages (especially Italian, Spanish, French, German) are considered a plus
