Tasks

  • Own and execute Amazon's full-funnel marketing strategy: Encompassing all activities from Sponsored Ads and DSP to brand building and awareness campaigns (including Prime Video), effectively managing the Amazon Media budget.
  • Plan and launch media campaigns: Lead media planning and execution for product launches, brand campaigns, and key promotional events like Prime Day, collaborating closely with the Amazon Key Account Manager.
  • Develop data-driven insights and reporting: Build and maintain a comprehensive reporting system, analyzing data from various sources (e.g., Vendor/ Seller Central, AMS, DSP) to optimize campaigns and drive long-term brand success.
  • Maximize AMC utilization: Take full responsibility for the implementation and optimization of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to leverage data, enhance targeting, and maximize ROI.
  • Lead Amazon Media expertise and collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon Media-related questions, providing training and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and ideally, AMC, complemented by proficiency with retail media software (e.g., Pacvue, Helium 10)
  • Holistic view of Amazon's interconnected components (Retail, Marketplace, advertising, logistics) and how they contribute to growth. Strong knowledge of Amazon Retail (Vendor/Seller Central) is essential
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales, profitability, and achieve business objectives within a retail environment
