Security & Compliance solution leader (f/m), Toulouse

Tasks

• Assess the process, methods, tools and data for security and compliance
• Support operations and issue mitigations
• Define the strategy and convergence plan with all stakeholders
• Support business performance and risks and opportunities
• Develop team skills for security and compliance policies and best practice
• Collaborate and reporting to Engineering, Legal, Security, digital governance
• Investigate continuous improvement with best in class way of working
• Develop cross divisional exchanges
• Deputize the Security & compliance officer

Profile

• Educated to master degree in digital, security, legal for industry fields
• Operational experiences for cyber-security
• Operational experience for data classification, business object definition
• Skills for export control, military and security regulations
• V&V, testing, systems and engineering business, as a plus
• Assertiveness, curiosity, leadership and interpersonal skills are your qualities.
• Simplicity and pragmatism oriented mindset
• Advanced level of English, and French is a plus.
