Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor the yearly sales target for your designated distribution partners
 - Act as the vital communication link between the Anton Paar organization and your distribution partners
 - Conduct regular evaluations of distribution partner network and served markets,
 - Ensure end customer satisfaction through joint customer visits, gathering feedback and communicating customer needs to relevant product areas
 - Collaborate with marketing and product areas to develop effective product launch measures and sales strategies
 - Coordinate and oversee the activities of the distribution partners, initiating measures to optimize sales performance when necessary
 
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant technical field (electrical or mechanical engineering, process engineering, sciences) coupled with a solid economic understanding
 - Familiarity with African and European cultures, a genuine interest in cross-cultural collaboration
 - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an international context and within a related industry
 - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, proficiency in German and French is advantageous.
 - Demonstrate outstanding analytical abilities and a passion for developing creative and sustainable sales initiatives.
 - Additionally, exhibit pronounced intercultural competence to effectively collaborate with diverse international distribution partners
 - Ability to travel up to 50% within Africa and Europe
