Tasks

• Lead Crisis management task Force meetings
• Establish tracking systems for component lead times and geopolitical risks to forecast supply shortages.
• Publish monthly Supply Chain Risk Dashboards to give leadership complete visibility into potential material bottlenecks.
• Prepare standardized " Customer Approval & Cost Recovery" to pass on premium expenses
• Define and execute qualification plans for alternative component sources to establish dual-sourcing across all critical lines.
• Formulate and enforce formal supplier charge-back claims to recover direct and indirect financial damages (line stoppages, penalties) caused by supplier failures.

Profile

• A degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a strong technical understanding, or equivalent business knowledge, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing
• Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, determination, and openness
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility
• Business-level English proficiency
