The main missions

  • Launch and monitor the Program in term of Business Plan, Program reviews and Budget Reports.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with the customer as the official Faurecia representative.
  • Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme and take economical responsibility to meet the agreed financial targets (OI, cash, IRR, …)
  • Build, manage and co-ordinate as functional manager the program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product&Process engineering), with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
  • Create a "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management System are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.
  • Arbitrate conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues and conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses
  • Support the value added creation of Faurecia battery system portfolio towards our customers in differentiation to the market competition
  • Ensure compliance code of ethics and code of management and escalate non-compliance items according to guidelines
  • Master Faurecia Program Management System (internal)
  • Protect Faurecia interests and image

Profile

  • Master's degree, ideally in engineering
  • Minimum 4-7 years of job experience (in an industrial environment and/or with automotive experience a plus)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project experience in UltraLightWeight development
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Results orientation mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan)
  • Conflict management skills: ability to prevent and solve conflicts
  • Planning and organizing abilities
  • Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team
