The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.

Your new task

  • You coordinate and animate the dispensing process activities
  • You support at defining and deployment of process standards in all entities of the considered perimeter and make updates
  • You work on dispensing technologies and support the development of standards to each sites (worldwide)
  • You support the activity within his domain, on every related sites
  • You work on the skills development and grow up of his network, taking into account the roadmap defined needs / expectations
  • You contribute to development of expertise in processes & community

Your qualifications

  • You own a Master's Degree in Development and Management of Engineering and Automotive
  • Construction
  • You have good knowledge in dispensing technology
  • You already have gained a practical experience in dispensing process
  • You have experience in manufacturing process development and process optimization
  • You are able to focus on continuous improvement and research of more reliable, less costly solutions
  • You are fluent in German and English (in written and spoken)
  • You show proficient communication and coaching skills
