Praktikant Research & Innovation Team (m/w/d), Munich

Missions

Support the Research and Innovation Team in the functions of Design, User Experience and Nutrition, in:

• The execution of Innovation Exploration for our categories, supporting the organization of Design Thinking workshops.
• Food & Beverage trends scouting with consolidation of relevant information (nutritional, sensory, claims).
• Support for the “definition phase” of projects with competitor analysis, product tasting organization, project documentation support.
• Organize and lead tastings: product sample purchase, shipments and sensory analysis reporting.
• Supporting the management of Innovation Idea Backlog.

Profil

• Advanced B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. studies in Food Technology (Lebensmitteltechnologie), Nutritional Sciences (Ernährungswissenschaften), Product Management, User Experience/Design.
• First work experience desired.
• Solution oriented and curious.
• Affinity for teamwork, open mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge in MS-Office. Online Whiteboard tools (Miro, Klaxoon, etc) desired.
• Fluent language skills in English and German.
• Business background and/or B license (car driving) is a plus.
