Missions

• Design develop and implement new in-vitro and in-vivo methodologies and assays to better understand specific AOP important for agrochemicals selection (e.g. endocrine disruption, neurodevelopment, immunotoxicity)
• Act as study director in experimental toxicity (non-GLP)
• Contribute to develop new approaches with the aiming to reduce animal use for chemical testing.

Profile

Bayer Crop Science seeks a candidate who possesses the following:

• PhD in toxicology, pharmacology, biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline, as well as strong scientific track record and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of omics, endocrine disruption, developmental toxicity are advantages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams across countries.
• Good proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Certification in animal experimentation (project designer)
