Main Missions

Assure customer satisfaction within the economic framework
Improve plant performance in line with given budget values and long-term objectives and respect to financial-, quality targets, HSE requirements, in-time deliverables as well as customer satisfaction
Support in the recruiting, onboarding and training of plant staff
Apply legal and corporate standards
Acquire and drive acquisitions in new/additional business for cont9inous profitable growth within the plant
Manage and develop team members
Support and execute ‘best practice’ inside plant and continuously manage benchmarking approach internally and externally
Regular updates to regional management

Profile

Completed study course, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
Proven and successful experience in a production environment, ideally automotive with JIS/JIT experience
Solid knowledge of ISO TS and IAFT 16949 & ISO 14001
Strong analytical skills
Agility to understand and adapt to Faurecia Organization
Intercultural and open mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German (Verbally & written)
Entrepreneurial mind-set with a can do attiude
Strong Leadership experience and communication skills, to be able to act and develop team members
Preferably Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma experience
