• Track, analyze and communicate KPIs related to Supply Chain/Extended Operations.
• Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Prepare, distribute, develop and maintain KPI dashboards
• Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders the KPI performance and define & track action plans
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational performance

Profile

• Student degree with a focus on Supply Chain
• First practical experience in the field of Supply Chain or Performance Management
• Strong analytical skills, a strong interest in delivering uncompromised quality and business curiosity
• Very good organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with intention to grow rapidly
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomy, hands-on mentality
• Fluent English skills; German is a help
