Missions

As Management Development (MD) Manager you contribute to the development of a strong talent culture within the region and to further growth of the organisation in which talents are attracted, assessed and developed to reach our business goals. The role of the MD Manager includes two different perspectives:
A collective perspective on organisational development to get a clear picture of current resources and reservoirs, to plan future needs and to kick-off actions for a better internal talent development and
An individual perspective on career management to facilitate internal mobility for managers & professionals within Faurecia Group.

Your main responsibilites are:

  • Overview and detailed knowledge of the managers & professionals’ population of the region (background, performance, potential, strengths,...)
  • Support and guidance of the region’s and plant management to assess strengths, development areas and performance and to possibly identify fields of actions (People Reviews, Succession Plans, Identification of potentials,…)
  • Implementation and execution of the annual groupwide MD processes and tools within the North Europe Region
  • Recruiting of managers and professionals within the region as needed
  • Individual Development of potentials
  • Support and guidance of managers & professionals regarding career management and internal mobility

Profile

  • A Master’s degree with a major in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 5-8 years professional experience in Human Resources in an industrial environment, ideally with experience in HR operations and international HR development
  • Experience and good knowledge in HR information systems and MS Office
  • An International Mindset
  • Result oriented with distinct communicative talent
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English, any other language of advantage
