Key Account Manager (m/f) FMCG

Tasks

To work in close cooperation with the Key Accounts on the German, Austrian and Suisse retail market
To draw up a business plan and follow the implementation
To manage the overall relationship with the customer
To track agreed marketing and sales actions and ensure the business results
To ensure customer satisfaction
To obtain and analyze all relevant market information to identify opportunities and profitable growth

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, ideally majoring in marketing or sales
Experience in account management or sales in private label or consumer goods industry
Strong analytical and relationship skills
Structured, goal-oriented and able to work in an international team
Negotiation skills and communicative listening sense
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very good German and English language skills
