To complete our international sales team, we open up the following position:
INTERATIONAL COMMERCIAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(English, German, French)
Permanent contract
Based in our headoffice in Antony (92), Paris area (RER La Croix de Berny)

The Role

You will work in the international department of Infopro Digital, which is a very dynamic business unit registering a two digits growth every year. Reporting to the Sales Director, your actions will improve the sales managers’ efficiency and performance. These missions include marketing tasks, sales actions and administrative responsibilities. More precisely speaking you will identify companies and named accounts that have a potential to invest their marketing & communication budget with us, set up commercial marketing operations and work closely with other departments on administrative tasks for the team. You will communicate on a daily basis in a minimum of 3 languages.

Our expectations

  • This position requires a great number of phone calls every day in order to identify companies that sell their products / services on the French market and then further qualify these accounts.
  • You will be asked to set up an excel prospect list, as a result of your own research and of existing exhibitor lists, that have to be compiled, qualified and in the end integrated in our CRM.
  • Ensure that each sales manager has a qualified list of 40 potential meetings per trade show day. A well prepared sales trip will immediately improve the sales managers’ performance and results.
  • Manage commercial marketing actions: Planning, set up and execution of e-mailing campaigns, update, creation and translation of Sales materials (presentations, fact sheets,... ), assistance in setting up sales proposals
  • Guarantee a high-level after-sales service for our clients: you are the interface between our internal production or accounting teams and our clients (collect advertising material from the client, archive contracts, distribute them internally and overview reporting)

Your profile

  • Native German or bilingual level, with excellent English and good French skills
  • Previous experience as Sales or Marketing Assistant or Sales Executive is required, ideally within an international environment.
  • Given the very diverse tasks, we look for an extremely well organized team member that knows how to manage priorities. To succeed, you need to be comfortable with telephone conversations and relationship oriented.
  • You will add value to our team by formulating attractive e-mailings that will catch the attention of future clients, especially in English and German
  • You need to have strong Excel skills in order to compile and organize different files of thousands of contacts and we will ask you to manage VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables. PowerPoint will also be part of the programs you will use on a frequent level.
