Missions

• Support and counsel managers and professionals in all HR related issues
• Recruit of managers and professionals
• Execute operational HR work
• Participate in personel development and HR projects
• Implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up
• Steer all administrative tasks

Profile

• University degree related to Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational HR function
• Knowledge in labour law and industrial relations
• Task oriented, very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation
• Strong communication skills in international environment
• Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
