We are looking for a HR Specialist with French language skills to especially support our employees in France but the also the other EMEA employees. This is an unlimited position to be filled in part-time or in full-time. The ideal candidate should be located in or around Berlin, but the role can be covered remotely as well with regular visits to the Berlin office.

We are a dynamic, open-minded and constantly growing team of nearly 250 employees in 16 different countries across Europe (globally 3.700 employees). With our continued growth of 20% each year we are facing an increasing need in HR-support for our employees.

What You'll Work On

  • Provide first level HR-support for employees and managers
  • Responsible for all operational HR processes, process monitoring and constant process improvement
  • Preparation and administration of employment contracts, contract amendments, references, warning letters and certificates
  • Management and maintenance of electronic personnel files
  • Maintain correct data in the HRI System, including vacation and tracking other kinds of absenteeism’s
  • Assist with development and implementation of systems and controls
  • Be involved in and supporting additional HR projects
  • Creating HR-reports, KPIs and analyses

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, education or any related discipline
  • Ideally 2 years experience as HR Specialist
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in French and English is required, any additional European language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of French employment regulations, e.g. vacation and other time-off regulations
  • Organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage highly confidential issues
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and Teams
  • Interested in working in an open-minded, multi-cultural, pragmatic and goal-oriented environment
