Tasks

  • Ensure health & safety at highest standard, including subcontractors
  • For non flying perimeter : ensure the ordering activities , the storage (management of the hub and of the local warehouses) and the distribution of parts/material across all Toulouse stations, including Saint Eloi
  • Drive Toulouse operations performance to the target levels, including Materials Availality @station (TCO)
  • Direct management of the internal logistics organisation
  • Management of the logistics service provider LSP (∿ 1000 FTE)
  • Build a strong link with Procurement and other key stakeholders, foster strong collaboration with all internal customers in FALs, Customer Line, paintshop & St Eloi
  • Co-lead with General Procurement the CFT from S2-2026 for the LSP (∿70 M€ budget)
  • Drive deployment of improvement projects, including business development, cost savings and quality improvements
  • Define and Lead the Toulouse logistics end to end transformation plan including THOR project.
  • Secure THOR project aiming at enabling Toulouse ramp up, increasing performance and reducing costs thanks to an extension and an automatisation of Airlog warehouse. EIS is planned for 2028. This will also be an opportunity to further integrate flying goods & non flying goods perimeters in order to seek for optimisation and also to ensure a highest level of Health & safety
  • Drive and contribute to the different projects such as Optiflow, SA VSM resilience, WB Schain transformation plan.

Profile

  • Operational & performance management experience is required
  • Fluent french and english is a must
  • Logistics knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Change and project management skills
