Tasks
- As Global Product Manager (f/m) for Lab Water Solutions, you will be the business lead for a Milli-Q® product range worldwide, owning the full spectrum of product management activities. You will sit at the intersection of market insight, R&D collaboration, and commercial execution to shape products that scientists rely on every day.
- You will drive dynamic lifecycle management across a global organization, partnering with regional marketing, sales, and service teams while leading complex development projects hand-in-hand with R&D. You will translate market needs and technological trends into a compelling portfolio strategy, sharp positioning, and a winning go-to-market approach. You will define market-driven product requirements grounded in customer insights and trends, and you will guide products from concept to launch. You will manage the full lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life, ensuring sustained performance and relevance.
- You will build and refine portfolio strategy based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and internal data. You will design go-to-market plans that drive adoption, penetration, and revenue growth across geographies. You will lead pricing strategy and adapt it throughout the product lifecycle to maximize competitiveness and profitability. You will provide solid support and training to regional marketing, sales, and service teams worldwide. You will act as the global reference for your product range, assisting field teams on technical, commercial, and competitive topics. You will monitor product performance and market dynamics to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- This position is based in Guyancourt (78, France).
Profile
- Engineering degree with minimum of 5 years in sales, marketing or project management with deep customer interaction, preferably in Life Science and global environments
- Track record in product development
- Business-oriented thinking
- Proven success driving cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Truly curious and collaborative
- Experience in a global market and life science context is a strong asset
