French & Dutch Customer Service Agent, Berlin

Your tasks

  • You are the direct contact point for both our French and Dutch speaking customers who mainly reach us by e-mail but also by phone, fax and by post
  • You look after our customers and respond to inquiries regarding our products, payment and at times also technical queries
  • You translate texts for our French and Dutch websites, e.g. game rules, newsletters or surveys
  • You are responsible for our French speaking Facebook customers. This includes requests regarding community, management and customer service 

What we expect

  • Very good both French and Dutch skills
  • Good English and ideally German skills
  • You are communicative and can assist our customers with a passion
  • You are customer orientated
  • You have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A friendly and honest approach to our customers 
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Preferably, work experience in customer service
